It is highly recommended that all 8 tracks have replacement pads, a new foil splice and internal cleaning done before use.

The foam pads inside are very old (over 40 years) and would have deteriorated, even if the cart is sealed and has never been used.

Precious Time is the third studio album by American singer Pat Benatar, released on July 6, 1981, through the Chrysalis label. The album peaked at number one on the United States’ Billboard 200, her only album to do so in any country, and was certified as Double Platinum in sales in the US.

The album was produced by Keith Olsen and Neil Giraldo, Benatar’s husband and guitarist. It features the singles “Fire and Ice”, “Promises in the Dark”, and “Hit Me with Your Best Shot”.

Precious Time is a hard rock album with a strong female perspective. Benatar’s vocals are powerful and confident, and the songs are catchy and anthemic. The album is a classic example of 1980s rock, and it remains one of Benatar’s most popular albums.
