“This USA IMPORT cart is in good condition. All the labels are complete. The front label does have some faint stain marks. The whiteness on the spine label is a little dirty from age/use. The back label is in the same condition, although a previous owner has written a name on the top part. This cart has the spring pads mechanism and both pads need replacing. Please check the photos.”

The foam pads inside are very old (over 40 years) and would have deteriorated, even if the cart is sealed and has never been used.
